Anyone got pics of the bike with the front sprocket cover removed? A friend told he me he did it on his old 04 R1 and it looked good, very "racey", but he doesnt have pictures.

I know of many guys who run without a front sprocket cover. I'd hate to get something caught in it though. I'm running the Gregg's front cover on my '06 R6 and it looks great.

That looks pretty good - Wondering if its worth doing, last thing I need is another thing to worry about

I have removed the cover on my bikes as well...however I always have that gut wrenching feeling that my pant leg will get sucked in that front sprocket...

I would be more concerned about the chain breaking and trashing the engine.

My son had a chain break on his FZ1, and it destroyed his sprocket cover, but the sprocket cover saved the motor!
