:iamwithst not a stupid question. I had a smoked vison on, but wanted to change it to clear because I do a lot of night riding. It took me a LONG time to figure it out.Jeech said:the side panels do not need to come off... with the visor open, turn the bottom edge outwards towards the side panels.. do this gently or the side panels will pop off. as your applying this pressure on the bottom edge towards the outside, pull the visor out of the side panels. Once you have one side off, the other side removes in the same manner.

Amazingly, i can change my shield on my Arai while wearing it........
Lets see you do that with a shoei.
I've actually changed them when at a stop light several times.

OGK's visor system is much better, 1 button & it pulls straight off :thumbupRedRider0151 said:Yup...the shields are the biggest hit on Arai....you would think they would have come up with a better system by now.
