Today must be my lucky day or something. Over the weekend a side cover popped off my helmet for the second time. I discoved a little plastic hook broke off and the side cover wasn't staying securely connected. I went back to the Yamaha dealer thinking the warranty would cover it, which is does, and that they would get me another side cover. I've had my helmet for a year now. They called me back today and informed me that Arai is not only replacing my side cover, they are sending me a whole new helmet. Sweeeet!!!!! Thank you Arai for not taking the cheap way out, I guess the $600 was worth it for that kind of support!
