Heya guys!

I attended the "På Två Hjul" show in Stockholm yesterday and also spent the night there. Came home just a few hours ago and I've already made a small movie from the show featuring the R1, MV Agusta, me personally (reason for download), me on the Honda GP500 bike, me on the R1.

And I also got to tape some mini moto racing and also super moto (super motard). Actually taking up half of the 7,29sec video.

Make sure to download it. It also featured those awesome YZF grips we all want. But I wasn't able to buy them. They didn't sell anything at the show. I have to order them. Damn shame.
Oh.. almost forgot. I also filmed the leather suit which I'm going to buy. The brand is "STRIKE".. anyone heard anything about this brand.. if it's good or not. Anyhow. I tried it out and it fit me perfect. Though I had to pick a larger pair of pants.

But I did get to buy a BAD ASS tank protection. It's a "regular" one part from that it's the text "R1" transparent on it. It means that you see the tank color in the letters. Here's a picture to show you what I mean.

Hey Swedie-
Nice video, helped relieve some of these winter blues I'm feeling. I'll probably get flamed for saying so but , DAMN! That MV Agusta F4 is one sweet looking bike! I'd love to take a test spin on one!!!!! What did you think of the Silver R1 in person? My dealer said mine will be here around March or April so I won't be able to see one up close until then. I told them to leave it in the crate until I can get there, I'll post lots of pics of the uncrating/assembly process for everyone to see when it does come. :rock

pjf02: Yah man! it (the silver) was cool.

Comfort on the other hand: I still like my '98 more.. thought the feeling of it was a bit too much touring for me.. really! It felt like I sat on a gixxer. The seat is more horizontal. = less weight on your arms.. but I like that.. so I rather get a '01 R1.

But sure, the '02 felt lighter.. I knew that when I came home and sat on my own bike.

But this is just me.. I bet you'll like it.

That MV agusta is actually owned by a friend of mine I met at the show.

Detour: Get the tank protection. It's sweet as hell. The name of the maker is "Mad" (with a Joker hat) and at the bottom of the piece which this tank protection was in has "Motorcycle World" written on bottom of it... so try with:

Good thing you brought your cam. We forgot ours, so that was nice with some remenissin. To sit on that GP 500 was really something. Did you feel that front brake: HARD. Lucky me you filmed the super motard, I didnt get to see that. I found a really cool marlboro yamaha racing jacket for riding. Looks sweet. Will try to take a few pics and upload. Take care yall
