I'm renaming it to Bummer grade
I went down Banner mid day Tuesday and had to wait 30 minutes. This is no repave job, one lane with concrete barrier and on another section the road was gone. Looks like part of the road has fallen into the creek.
All 18 wheelers are detoured over to Montezuma..great.
Anyway looks like major road rebuilding for Banner and its 24 hours a day.
Roadworks to continue through Nov 20th
