your real question should be. do you know where i can get a 2004 r-1.. you will pay top dollar 10599.00 most places. I found one for 8925.00 but they were unable to give my what i wanted. to much runaround and in the end they were not sure if i would get a bike or not. So i payed more but got a bike last week the one i wanted. Good luck
