Well, this is gonna sound pretty stupid but how do you guys keep from doing a wheelie on full throttle runs? I've found that getting up on the tank helps a lot but my R1 (like all R1's I'm sure!) is really wheelie prone. Not that I'm complaining mind you!!! But how do the testers get these amazing 1/4 mile times without rolling over backwards?

They don't give it full throttle. Seriously, unless you want to buy a longer swingarm or wheelie bar ( which would all but kill the handling ) to go in a straight line fast, get over the tank and give as much throttle as it will take before the front goes up.

Best way to keep the front wheel on the ground is to buy a 1998 Kawasuckme ninja ZX6R. They suck at wheelies!:finger
