I ordered a set of race fairings from Bikesplast and while the arrived fairly quickly they were damaged. I reached out to Bikesplast who requested pictures of the fairings and the packaging and said they’d have to file a claim with the shipping company. I supplied all of the above and then they never responded to me again. I’ve been sending emails once a week for the last 3 weeks, nothing.

I haven’t called but I’m going to have to at this point. The are a Czech company so it would be easier to communicate in writing but that went full stop.

In case anyone is considering them..

Update.
After a lengthy delay, they did reach out and offer to credit me in my next purchase. That’s something but I’ll likely not order from them again so there’s that. I can see if your a repeat customer this might be ok, but having an issue right out of the gate means I likely won’t be a repeat customer. Slow to respond is not acceptable, especially on purchases of over $1k. At least that’s my opinion.
