I have heard good things about the book "Strength Training Anatomy" by Frederic Delavier. I am wondering if it is that good? Supposilyreally breaks down the correct form of lifting and provides excellent description and illustration of exactly whats happening to your muscles.

What about "The Body Sculpting Bible for Men" By James Villepigue?
