Hard to say... that would be personal preference. Obviously, you don't want something too thick as you won't be able to get your helmet on. The first one at the top of the list would probably be ideal as it is made to stop wind. Only bad thing... it only comes in small. Look around at your local sporting good shops... they should have something that you could try on.

I ride until the temp goes to freezing. Since I got my vest I no longer have to dress like the Michelin man to go for a ride.

Details: Widder System II vest. Can't believe I didn't get one years ago.
