This does not apply to everybody but those that it does apply to know who they are.

Been on this forum few months an enjoying it alot.
The problem I am having is people B***ing about my age and why the hell I bought a R1.
My answer to them is MY LIFE I do what I want.

I come here to talk to guys baout R1's and just to have fun.
But everytime I go on here there is always some going nuts of look at number1_kid he has a R1 and he is only 19. Oh no look number1_kid should of got a 600.

Juts let it be the ones that go on about this.
I am here to have fun and talk about this awesome bike same as you guys.

When I was your age, we didn't have fancy, dancy, Moto bikes. Maw and Paw did get me a new cart and buggy with cool, 32 spoke rims made out of oak though. Everyone on the block thought I was too young for oak rims. Kept hearin "you are going to make our insurance go up when you crash that there fancy cart". They were so affraid that I was going to race by they house at doin 19 miles and hour and run over one of their cows.

Really, I'm 27...

Hey man, I'm 18 here and have an 02...I think age has nothin to do with the bike you get, just how long you've been ridin. I was on a 600 for a year and upgraded to big ballin last fall...shes in pieces right now but I'll have her back right in no time, as for you, pimp your one, If I complained about age I'd be a hipocrit(spelling)

17 and i droped a good 6k of my own in cash...payin the rest off to my dad...im more mature on my bike then alot of 30 year olds i ride with, o and i put 7+ thousand miles on my old 750 before thinking about a big bike...im not a first time r1 rider like some crazy kids...honestly if i had found this fourum before i bought the bike i would have gone with a 600..i just want a powerful bike to have fun on the track with! so now let me gues you 19 are gunna give me crap for being 17 because my dad helped me pay for my bike...no good man dont be a hypocrate!:finger
