Hello R1 forum members!

This is my first post here. Let me know if I get anything wrong.

Bike - YZF R1S 2016.

I have the coolant leaking from the spot I attached in the image. Any idea what the problem is and how it can be fixed.
The coolant doesn't leak when the bike is idle (not heated), but will start dripping slowly once the engine is turned ON.
Thanks!

It's hard to see from the picture but that looks like the hose that cools the cylinders. There is a rubber O-ring type gasket under there. They get stiffer when they get older and sometimes leak. I had change one on my 2013.

Thanks for the reply guys, sorry about the picture quality. Wasn't sure how to upload the video. I will check the o-ring and will keep this updated.

I agree with this it is most likely the o-ring. Since you have to take this part off replace the o-ring on the other side at the same time, and since the other side slides into the water pump apply a small bit of lubricant to slide it into the pump. Inspect the pipe where it bolts to the motor to make sure it isn't cracked or anything weird.
