Has anyone used Counteract Balancing Beads in their R1. Going to swap the tires myself with the zip tie method, and I am looking at the CBB as my method to balance my tires. Are they any good? And did you guys use 1oz in the front and 2oz in the back as recommended or did you put 2 oz's in both tires; is more actually better in this case or detrimental ? Any issues other than difficulty applying beads in the stem ?
i've been using dyna beads on the street for a long time. I think they work great. Remove the valve stem core and dump them in. easy peasy. If my memory is correct, 1oz. front and 2 oz. rear.
There seems to be a discrepancy between which beads are better , wether they be Dyna Beads , CBB , or stainless steal. But I've been reading lots of good reviews about balancing beads in general . Im going to give them a go , Thanks
