I did my first track days in 2017. I would recommend one-on-one to anyone that can get it. My first day we went over like 10 things that I would want to work on. Each of my next track days I focused on one of those things for half of the day, then a different one for the second half... and that is what I repeated the rest of the season. I did 5 track days total. I still have a long way to go to be decent, but got a good tip to add a small bike and do small tracks to work on skills at slower speeds, so I bought two 300's (R3 and a Ninja 300) last month and will rotate sessions on those bikes at small tracks. I plan to take my 07 CBR 1000RR and my 2013 R1 to bigger tracks. Can't wait to start the 2018 season!
