What is the Difference between power commander vs bazzaz in what they do I have an 2006 yamaha R1 with a gytr slip on exhaust and k&n air flitter

One thing I can say is the PC manages the lower four injectors as the base bazzaz taps into all 8 lower and upper injectors. Most tuners use dynojet since they are an older company, in NY that is. Someone else can break it down better.

They both will work equally well on an '06, since there is only 4 lower injectors on an '06 to control. I have a Bazzaz on my '06 & '12, and use the Z-AFM to tune with. DynoJet's Autotune is very similar, but both units need an O2 sensor bung welded into the stock header to use. Either company has downloadable maps on their sites, depending on how close each of their maps is to your actual bikes needs, that will determine how good it runs. A dyno tune costs about as much as either ones 'Autotuners', but with a lot less work needed on your end.
