doing my first oil change

Hey guys i just bought a 04 R1 with 7600 miles on it i want to change the oil on it because i dont know at what mileage it was last done. I would like to know what is the best performance oil to put in the bike. i have the blue ice fluid in the radiator already now its time to upgrade my oil any suggestions will be appreciated...... thank you guys

This is all I have used since 2000 with my 2000 R1, 2005 R1 & 2010 R1. :fact

My choice is Motul 300V, for many others their choice will be Amsoil or Rotella, but I dont have them in my place so Motul sounds great.
U should try some, get ur own feelings and come to your final preference.
