Hi, got the notice the new R1 was "in-transit" on YDS(correct?). The dealer said he didn't know if that meant it was finally on the boat or on the way from California to his distribution warehouse (Chicago I think? The dealer is in Bloomington, 50 miles south of Indianapolis, IN) I would have to believe that "in-transit" means the R1 is in a truck as they have been available for some time to other areas. Does any one have a guess as to the expected duration of the "in-transit" period? The bike went in-tranist on Wednesday; I would expect to be riding it before the end of next week; optimistic? :jump

My dealer can sell them for more than Im willing to pay so Im screwed and It looks like Ill be getting my downpayment back. I might go look for some cbr1000rr tomorrow If the dealers have them. Im tired of this bullsht, people selling the bikes for more than list.

i have a red one paid for too and my dealer doesnt know where its at at all. all i know is maby some time in march.
