What effect does tire pressure have on the revolution of the tire? Will it show that the bike has traveled a longer distance with less air pressure? I average about 29 mpg on my r1 and after I lowered the tire pressure from 39 psi to 31 I got about 34 mpg.

Are you sure it just isn't your riding habits that are affecting your MPG? lol
My MPG varies between 28-34 depending how mean I am to it.

I ride to my favorite road a couple times a week. It's about a 79 mile trip, and every time I fill up afterwards I see 28.7 mpg. I lowered my tires pressure rode to my favorite road but I only got half way through until I had to turn around because of the wet roads. When I got back I saw 34 ish. Not being able to finish the trip could of been part of it.

I did notice that my rear tire got warmer than before, similar to how it would heat up at a track.

The tire pressure didn't have an effect on my mileage or mpg.
