Bike's been an electrical issue since I bought it.
I'm on my 3rd stator and my 3rd rectifier, replaced the rotor.
It seems to get about 2k miles on the new systems before it takes a shit.
Stator tested good, getting 14.5V coming off the rectifier,.. but yet, only 12.1 at the battery at idle, and 12.5 at 4k rpm.
Runs great otherwise.

Are you using OEM or aftermarket parts? You could also have a ground/short in the harness somewhere.
