20 is a problem with an air pressure sensor. Either intake air pressure or atmospheric pressure.
43 is a problem with your fueling system. Either the injector or the fuel pump.
Did you connect the coupler for a pressure sensor to an injector or fuel pump? I don't recall if the connectors of the R1 are similar for those, but I recall a friend once connecting the TPS of his car to the MAP sensor and he couldn't figure out why the car wouldn't work. I'd check that first. Hopefully it's something that simple.
If the two codes are not related, then this might be more of a problem to chase down.
