my bike is 2004 R1 5300 miles and just had the tps done by the dealer got bike home and pulled tank to look at air filter and when I put it all back started the bike and the check engine light came on so I checked the Error code and it was 48 but it did not have this before the dealer had the bike what is the error mean and what can I do to fix it my self thanks john:fork

fault code # 48, sub throttle servo is stuck.
check under the fuel tank, on the right side of the throttle bodies (if sitting on the bike) with the airbox removed. turn key on & see if the arm is opening & closing properly.
there is a bundle of wires that run by there that are probably interfering with the arm. just reroute the wires (stuff them down).
