Just thought since you are using Factory Jet kits I would give you my settings. I took the bike apart 3 times to get these. Enjoy.

I have a D&D Slip on exhaust and K&N filter.

Main Jet: 135

Fuel Screw: 3 1/2 turns out

Jet Needle: 4 settings from the top

This is pretty much perfect for power and smoothness. I also have the ignition advancer +4. I wish I had gotten this info when I started. I would have saved about 10 hours.

I had thought about going to the 137.5 main jet. Maybe next time I sync my carbs. It could be so many things that make the Jet Needle position so low. I could have the floats set slightly high as I adjusted them to 9.5 (or as close as possible). Jetting, as in suspension, is whatever feels right not what makes sense. I was mainly interested in making it smooth through the rpms so with that I am happy. What set ups do you have on your jet kit (needle height, main jet size, etc.?

wew,nothing ordinary here...since i"m running ramair and nitrous!
my carbs are modified as well,so i cant be any help in that dept as far as similitudes goes...

just on theories and setup help.
