I’ve got a 98 R1
It filled the oil with petrol and started misfiring. I’ve changed the plugs, checked the float height and checked the float needles stop the fuel. Then changed the pump for an original pump in case it was over pressuring. The vacuum pipes aren’t blocked and the plugs look even and nice.
It starts up and ticks over beautifully but when ridden feels rough like it’s misfiring under acceleration. Full throttle in first didn’t even try to make the front light. Before the fuel in oil situation it ran beautifully.
Really unsure what to try next so if anyone has any ideas please help.
Thanks
Stewart

Is 1 cylinder cold? Check the headers straight after the bike has run, see if you can find the cylinder that’s playing up. Check the coils, by swapping them to another cylinder see if the problem moves, if it does most likely it’s the coil, if it doesn’t I’d be checking valve clearance and leak down.
obviously change the fuel contaminated oil before anything

I had a misfire so I checked my spark plug wires, one was disconnected in the spark plug cap and corroded I have to replace the cap.
you might want to check that
