Just bought Blue 2008 R1 !!!!!!!!

I am new to this Forum and I just got this 2008 R1.I wanted to share it with everyone. I love this bike, I used have 2004 r6 and I sold it because it wasn't fast enough. So please give me some ideas what i should do. I end up paying 12k OTD with 400 dollars of gift card. I live in Michigan in Detroit and i have to wait 3 more months to ride my baby. I can't wait.

If you want more low-end drop a tooth up front.
So far I have done the following performance mods to wake my 07 R1,
16T AFAM front sprocket
Akrapovic Carbon Fiber slip-on with catless Y-pipe
K&N air filter
Ivan's smog block-off plates
Powercommander 3 USB.
Also Ohlins steering damper.
All the other mods I have done are for looks.

full exhaust system, pc, bmc race filter, remove reflectors and warning labels. Greggs turnsignals, fender eliminator, hid lights. hmm sounds like what I did.
