This bill is unjust and against the constitution, they will let you register and insure you, but 30 miles over the limit and take it, WTF!!!! There's going to be a lot of evading police, hope to see some videos on the internet....:sneaky

I don't condone the behaivior of running from cops, but if the guy is doing exactly 35 over the limit, or 33, you know they're taking the bike..., cammon....run forest run lol

they should be confiscating cars for DWI, not this!!!
