Stock I believe they come even with the top of the triple clamp.
There was a consensus on here for a while that about 5 milimeters above the triple was best for improving turn in.
Mine has in excess of ten millimeters of tube above the triple clamps and that's probably too much, I find myself fighting the bike a little in corners, it really wants to fall in.
When I got it it had almost twice that much and you couldn't turn it without a ton of countersteer. It was really wierd!

You can measure with a ruler how much adjustment you have from the top of the triple.
