I have a L.P. front motorcycle stand that lifts at the bottom of the head. The motorcycle in question is an 07 r1. Has anyone experienced any isses with the front brake lines and lifting the front of the motorcycle. It looks like there is a bracket in the way. Just curious if I have to unbolt the bracket in order to properly lift it for storage during the winter. Thanks.:fork

yes i have that stand.. and it doesnt like Yamaha R1.. even my 04 does same thing. i normally have to remove the bracket or front fairing... its pain. but ur not alone.

Thanks, I think I will build a custom plate out of abs plastic to conform around the bracket. I will update when I have it figured out. Thanks for the response.
