I was planning on going on tooth down on the front, but i read somewhere that this would cause speedo error.
Will adding two to the rear sprocket be the same, and will it also cause speedo error ???

Thanks for your advice

yeah, both will throw off the speedo

do a search on 'yellow box' - that should fix the speedo if you re-gear

where does the speedo hook up on the r1? on my fzr it's on the front wheel hub, there's no way sprockets can throw it off.

on the r1 its electronic and taken from the back of the gearbox so different gearing throws it out a bit:beer :beer
