The January 2004 issue of Motor Cyclist, page 16, has a little article on a 3-wheeled '03 Gix 1000. He built it because he lost both legs to a bomb blast while serving in the US Army. Its rear brakes and wheels/tires come from a ford sierra. And of course it has a "push-button gear change". I'm glad to see a bad accident hasn't slowed him down.
