Hi guys and girls,

Does anyone have any info on the Graves slipper clutch for R1 98 to 03? Attached are some pics of the one I picked up and am wondering if anyone has instructions etc that they may be able to provide/link to me? There are two nuts provided for some reason and I just dont want to install it incorrectly.

Any assistance would be great.

I emailed them and got this reply,

Hi,

We've never made slipper clutches for R1’s . If it was a spec kit off one of our race bikes it would have been purchased from another company. We do not have instructions on hand at this time. Sorry.

So I guess now I'm looking for help to ID the clutch in case I need spares.

in the centre pic I have the nut upside down. It fastens the backing plate and the spider spring is held in place with a c-clip as far as I can tell, so it is different from the Sigma. They dont have anything the same on their website.

the others would be yoyodyne, stim, hindle and suter.

Well no luck so far with clutch manufacturers, no one wants to put their hand up for unit that I have. It must have appeared from the heavens

it does look like sigma, but they use a diaphragm spring. you might have an 04 up part
