BEWARE- these are the US (DOT) versions, not the Euro versions, these are heavier, and only one graphics scheme (Polen), (or solids) is available :thumbup

my guess would be a close out sale, because everyone is buying the UK & Japan versions, rather than the US versions :yesnod

:iamwithst That's because the US version sucks compared to UK & Japan.

I still like my OGK FF4-GP the best out of all of my helmets. :yesnod

I agree the ff4-polen is a HEAVY. The other few problems I've found with the polen are, the snaps that hold the pads in pop-out easily. The helmet wistles quite a bit with the shield open. And the strap snap is on this long piece of leather, not the strap pad, as a result the long strap hangs down quite a bit and catches my jacket if I don't have hat snapped on top. I changed that though...

Couple other things you'll see if you buy one is the graphics will probably be a little crooked. The vents on the face and forehead get a little stuck sometimes.

Be sure to order 1 size larger....

Some great features are, the shield release is the easiest I've even seen, good shield lock, iridium tear off comes with the helmet, pads come out easily, nice beefy strap buckle.

Still nice though but I just can't roll with such a heavy lid now that I've found a sub-3lb helmet.

I picked up my friends soumy dragon and it felt like a brick too :fact

Still for $200 though it's a great helmet....Very plush inside

I'm steadfast in my opinion.....I woe a medium arai corsair comfortably. Called OGK and OWEN told me to get a large, I said Naaaahhhhh, I want a medium to try. He sent me the medium and it was so tight I almost cut my ear taking it off. Sent it back, he sent me a large like he told me in the first place = bliss....., then I bought a second lage and it fit just like the first large, bliss....

I wear a medium in both Shoei and Arai, as well as my OGK, but here are the differences-

Arai medium- I use larger cheekpads to firm up the fit.

Shoei medium- Larger cheekpad sizes weren't available, slightly loose in this area.

OGK medium- Fit great right out of box, larger cheekpads not needed (but available) :thumbup
