shouldnt this be in the not bike related section? anyways, have you and do you know how to work with fiberglass? if not your gona need to start there. look on the net about working with fiberglass. if it were me to do, i would first make my MDF ring for the subs to bolt to. then what i would do is mold my 1st section of glass to the panal wher you want the base to lay on. again check out different techniques for that on the net, tin-foil, tape, there are different ways. that will give you a bottom to work with. without building some kind of mold its gona be touch to get the top to curve the same on both sides. i would build some type of MDF fraiming off of the base to the shape i want the box to be. I usualy use 2" wide masking tape for spreaders between the fraiming to get my curves and stuff. after it sets up on the first coat of glass, remove the fraiming and start glassing the inside. make sure you glass in your MDF rings for the subs. after thats all nice and strong, you can glass the bottom to the side/top to seal the whole inclosure. again i would run a few more lairs of glass though the speeker opeing to seal the joint between the bottom and the sides. it's not easy. I made s custom seat for my Grand cherokee that I then repadded and coverd so no one can tell its a sub unless you are on it...then it shakes your ass :rock
