Is it as easy as removing it, pulling the hex head screw, dumping out the old fluid and pouring in new stuff? Is there any bleeding of air to do?

What weight is a good weight (on the heavy side)?

My buddy changed mine while i disconected my o2 sensor, unscrew the big hex on the end of the damper, drain it, use feeding syringe to fill, keep moving back and fourth and filling until bubbles are gone, made a big difference no more shake under hard acceleration, beats paying.
