Hi, any ideas or guidelines to fix this please ?

I took off the tail section - upper and Dussault undetail. After I re-installed it all, I have a weird combination where the indicators won't work when the lights are on full, but the indicators work when the lights are off or only the park lights are on. The rear lights work and the brake lights work normal.

What went wrong ? I cannot see any obvious place where I've shorted or touched two wires together.

Help please ?

probably a combination of wrong wiring...or a grounded wire.

check and recheck.

And so I check and rechecked, found nothing and decided to go riding with just the running ligths and will investigate more later.

Well, problem solved. One of the things I did while the tail section came off was to fit a fan switch. This involved a bit of testing and the fan running a bit.

It turns out that with the bike running AND THE BATTERY RECHARGED, all is working perfectly. I drained the battery ! There was not enough current to activate the flasher when the lights were on full, without the engine running.

Another of those filed under "experience".

aaaaaaaah......isnt it wierd how the low power battery syndrom can act differently?
