Does it make the same noise when it's revved with the clutch pulled in?
Other than that it does kind of sound like a valve train noise.

Yes, It dont matter if its in gear... clutch in.... or in 3rd and rolling....
I think its a valve problem but someone said something about the bearings.... could it be that???
