i read your tag lines and it says that your running a half taped up K&N air filter.no offense or anything......but aren't you defeating the purpose of the filter?i mean they are supposed too and do flow more air than the stock filter...so why restrict it?

to richen up the air/fuel mixture.

I can't budge the air/fuel mixture screw on one of the carburators. it's dead stuck there. So I can't really do any adjustments to the carbs.
