I have a carbon fiber Akrapovic can on my R1. I need to buy a couple of single LEDs for my license plate bcuz I have relocated it under my pipe. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the wires melting to the can where they will touch. Does it get too hot for the plastic?

Also, where exactly would I connect the wires so they are interated with my tail lights?

one of the quality of carbon is that it doesnt keep heat at all;i doubt it will melt the flashers,but you"ll mark the can and the flashers as well if they rub against each other.
