Any of you out there ever shipped a bike? How much did it cost you - from where to where?

I paid $400 for shipping from MS. to Newark, NJ with coopers shipping, then again I bought my bike a month ago and they haven't even picked it up from the F*cuking dealer yet... those #[email protected]#[email protected]#$# :machinegu :machinegu :machinegu

From Ohio to California. Columbus, OH to Palm Springs, California to be precise. I paid just under $350. I think i could have done it cheaper had i searched around alittle more. I believe there is a link somewhere on ebaymotors.

You can also try Forward Air. I have heard that they are kinda cheap, but you do have to crate the bike. If you want to ship it uncrated try Federal http://www.funtransport.com

I pay about $250 to ship from Alaska to Seattle. Not bad. Make sure if you do ship a bike that you have a crate for it. The guys that work at shipping places manhandle shit with the forklifts. :no
