all of a sudden there appears this exhaust noise. After looking to find the source I find that one of the air pump outlets that are pressed in is blown out. I removed the air pump earlier this year I did not notice that they were loose. So anyway, what should I use to hold them in? is there something like jbweld or locktite that I should use before pounding this back in? Anyone run into this before?

Input please?

Thanks

BTW, the run before this blew out I got 131, but my fuel was all over the place. I need to run it again after this is in to make sure where to adjust the fuel.

Tap the head? I already tapped the output lines and installed the bolts like in this image. The problem is that one of these blew out. BTW thanks Champion for the image.

Tap the cylinder head

Those elbows are a press fit one time use. Once they come out they won't stay in no matter how hard you tap them into place...lol Just pull them out and tap the head. Make sure you use some anti-seize on the threads of the steel bolt going into the alumiun cylinder head. IVAN make's a kit for this that could make your life alot easier.

Thanks Jay. Ivan's kit plugs the tubes, however I bought a helicoil that I threaded into the head and then used the bolts from the above image in Ivan's kit and screwed them into the coils.

Two of them are out and the other two will not come out, I tried to remove them manually so that I didn't run into this later on but I may have to leave them.

This should do it.

Thanks again.
