Installing a flasher to slow down my front turn signals....

I have an EL-12 Trindon flasher that i need to install to slow down my turn signals. The flush mount front turn signals that I have came with (2) wires, as you know, the R1 has a three wire set-up. How can I wire in the new flasher to make my signals flash slowly....Anyone who has knowledge of this please help!!!!! THANKS.
