when bike(R1) is new, stock. What is the link pipe of the stock can made of?
Titanium?

Stainless?

answers, Please.



2nd question:

when you get a akrapovic slip-on, what is the link pipe made of?

If I get a titanium slip-on.

But that doesn't say what the link pipe is made out of ??? :confused:

I believe it is stainless and houses the EXUP valve so ditch them both when you get an Akro. The Akro comes in stainless and titanium versions for the headers and midpipe. Titanium is more money.

I put on a Akrapovic Titanium slip-on and never made a change per dealers mechanics and it runs great and sounds awesome.

Acro is the way to go. I put Acro on my o3 and my buddy put on a graves. 4 more hp from the Acro. Bikes used to be equal.
