This is an 06 r1 engine. I had a noise that sounded like the common cam chain tensioner, but after installing the APE tensioner it seemed like it went away for a bit. Then it came back, so i just did a whole engine swap. After opening this engine, I see these scrapes on the side. Is it a spun bearing? Am I able to just replace the bearing and it be fine or is the damage to the crank too far gone?

You will not know if the crank is gone unless you take it and get it checked you should do that anyway if you need to replace the bearings to many variables
