When i let go of the clutch slowly in first with now throttle (from a stop or in traffic), it seems like a jerking and the chain taps a bit.
Once i give a bit of throttle it's gone.
Anyone have this problem?

I have the exact same problem. I wish I could tell you what it was but I don't have a clue. I am sure somebody around here knows what it is. Thanks for the help in advance.:hellobye

is your clutch hub or basket getting grooves in it? you might want to check the next time you do an oil change.

A chain will jerk and rattle when starting out if it is worn out and not lubed. Inspect the rollers on your chain (worn or loose), check it for any stretching, and look at the profile of the teeth on your sprockets. Lubing your chain will help eliminate some of the rattle but if your chain/sprockets are worn it will reoccur quickly.
