Deecarp's 08 R1
I've been riding bikes for years and almost stopped riding, after having a serious accident. My first R1 was a 98 white and red, a freaking monster of a machine that I almost killed my self on...my last bike was a gsxr 750, that I rode the hell out of, then sold and regretted. I thought I'd never get another bike after that. Until I came across a deal I just couldn't pass up...then after riding around and seeing R1 after R1, and seeing that we all looked alike. I decide, I had to make some changes and still working on her every chance I get.

So, here is my current sled...still a work in progress. I know she may not be the BOTM to many but she will always be to me...so any in case I'd like to share some pic with everybody.

Ah man thanks fellas, there are so many nice bikes here that give inspiration. Ian, Ben, I dis like you two because every time I see your bikes I spot something else I like about them. Steve's bike, burn-z...I can't mention everyone but all the bike on this forum make it fun having and sharing thanks again Ron, and Ian.

Absolutely awesome, man. :bow The mods are great, but I think you have an especially good eye for colour balance, and how the decals work with the whole look of the bike. Every version has looked brilliant, especially the latest black n white. Love it, one of my favoirite 07/08's Congrats :thumbup.

Thanks all, the bike is still in the works. It's all Ben's and Ian's fault. Nah, but really you guys have such great bikes along with so many others here. I have to re-invent and experiment to see what comes out close to what originally got my attention with my own twist to it. These two bikes got me started, and now other bikes just help keep the influence going.

Thanks all, it's nice knowing that others appreciate the same things you do. The forum proves that not just with me but all of us that have the same passion, or any issues with our bikes. Good deal R1 forum. Now if somebody could donate some money to the cause, I'll smile even more. Lol...
