first of all i've got to tell you that you have a very nice site with alot of good and knowledgeable riders:rock
i've been visiting this site for about a month,so why i didn't post anything?well about 45 days ago my R1 was stolen,which i bought it 3 weeks before even i didn't have enough time to get insurance for it so i didn't want to talk about bikes for a waile you know what i'm saying,,
here is another post about stolen motorcycle i didn't reply on that because i wanted to say hey

Damn thieves! Don't they get it that the people they still from actually have moral and think that the bike which they've bought with their own money shoud belong to them?

Sure wish that someone could rip off all the clothes on a thief in the middle of the street and stand him up for public view (if there is much to see). :bash

Do as Yamahakid! Try looking up some sort of stolen bike list and submit yours.

If you're real unlucky.. your R1 is in thousands of pieces and is being sold at some auto-shop.

now bike is gone so i can not say anything,but belive me man,for next time i'll be there and i'm gonna give them a good lesson :bash

people who steel bikes should die!!!

I have ben noticing a lot of people talking about there bikes being ripped off. Is their any way to make sure this does not happen? I mean like an alarm I guess, but that really would not stop them. What I need to figure out is, how they steel them. Do they hot wire or just pick it up and put it in a truck??? Either way it sucks:no Any ideas? And I truly am sorry for all of you who lost your' bikes

and it had custom sticker that was written in Japanese instead of YZF right under the front signal ,i know it's very impossible but just in case you saw an R1 with this kind of sticker please let me know:rock

R1MAN that blows! Really sorry to hear that.

They must be just throwing them in the back of trailers/trucks cauze I can't see them taking the time to crack the cylinder and start it. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like there is anything that an owner can do in that situation. So I guess other owners should just keep their eyes peeled for a$$holes like the ones that took yours, and beat them.

Actually we could just wire them all for 220 so when we are not around and when someone touches it they get the $hit shocked out of them.

the other day i was talking to Federal agent,FBI, ,,you know all my friend all sort of like that or movie star or singer or important people,that's way i'm here with you guys,,just kidding
anyway i was talking to him about my bike and i asked about specially ebay,like is there any control on that or not and he said is very hard to do it,so be careful and always keep an eye on your bike.
