I installed this kit on my 2002 R1 and just love it..No cutting or grinding, just bolt on..Comes with upper tripple clamp,superbike bars,longer clutch cable, braided front brake lines and spacer to raise the fairing just a bit for clearance...

Cost around 500 bucks, but for ths old man it made the bike very comfy..

I highly recommend the setup if you are looking for an more upright riding position...
