Trying to read that translated Italian hurt my brain. That said, I'm not surprised the bike with the 30% larger engine was fastest. One would hope the cheater bike would win. It would be embarrassing otherwise.

You always seem to forget the Duc has two less cylinders.

From the rankings it looks like a very positive review, but I can't make out the text on that MCN write up.
Did they dyno and weigh them? Comparative HP/TQ numbers?

Roll on 40-120mph : r1:10.53 Duc:9.61 BMW:8.91

Braking 70mph : r1:55.47 m. Duc:48,73 m. BMW:47.51 m.

Those are insane numbers for all 3 bikes if true!
Especially the BMW being rated for 199 at the crank and puts down 196whp!

BMW typically understates their horsepower.
The new M4 (buddy has one) is rated at 425 hp but dyno tests show them putting down slightly above 400whp.

I guess probably not as the s1000 is faster in the acceleration tests. Probably higher speed at corner exit due to suspension/chassis/weight?...
