Anybody go canyon riding with these? From what I read it takes some time for these tires to warm up. Seems perfect for touring, but kinda sketchy for twistys.

Anybody go canyon riding with these? From what I read it takes some time for these tires to warm up. Seems perfect for touring, but kinda sketchy for twistys.

I ride with a friend of mine who rides a 2001 Triumph Sprint and has logged in 90,000 miles on that bike. He swears by the pilot touring tires. He keeps up with me pretty well and has no complaints when in the twistier stuff. Also you get more miles out of them. It all depends on how you ride whether this would be a choice.
