My 03 R1 cranks but will not start?

I have a 03 r1 I just recently did the wiring harness swap, and I checked that everything was connected, I have everything connected, right. And after doing the wiring harness swap bike still doesn’t start so I’m trying to figure out if it’s the tip over sensor or a different problem is I checked the spark plugs and there is spark, I just change them to. I checked the fuel pump and the fuel pump is building pressure. So I do not know what the problem Is.
