Looks to be your weep hole. Seals in the water pump are going bad. You will need to replace or rebuild your pump. Not terribly hard to do, but you have to remove your exhaust, and then the oil pan. That will allow you to get to the pump.
Coolant leaking from weep hole, means coolant side seal is bad
Oil leaking means oil side seal is bad.
Always a good idea though to replace all of the seals. Sometimes its best to replace all the internals. Shop manual has guides and specs for checking the shaft on the impeller.
